To back up entire disk volumes irrespective of whether files have changed since the last backup, use the selective command with a wildcard and -subdir=yes. This will only back up new and changed files with a modification date later than the last incremental backup stored on the server.
To run an incremental backup by date backup by date, add the -incrbydate option. To incrementally back up data, use the incr command followed by the desired directories.
